Making a booking

Prior to your first booking I will arrange a visit with you and your animals, usually at feeding time, to ensure that you and your animals are comfortable with me and that I fully understand your animal's needs, personality and routine. After this you are welcome to make a booking by phone, text or email.

If you are happy with me I will complete my forms detailing exactly what you require. I will also need emergency phone numbers for your veterinary surgeon and for horses your farrier and any other phone numbers for you while you are away.

You will need to provide me with keys, unless you can guarantee access to your property. I ask that keys are provided at your initial visit. Keys will be retained by Company for Pets in a secure location or they will be returned to you at the end of your booking through my free key return service. Please note that keys are kept in a secure location separate from my booking files.

Your personal details are recorded for the sole purpose of your pet's care and invoicing and will not under any circumstances be given to a third party.

All animals must be up to date with required vaccinations. In the interest of other clients' pets, you must inform me immediately if your animals are suffering from an infectious or contagious disease.

Only dogs from the same household are walked together, up to a maximum of 3, so you can rest assured that your pets are getting one to one attention.

Payment is on the day for one off or adhoc services, 20% deposit for holiday cover bookings, balance due on your return. Regular bookings can be paid weekly or monthly. Printed invoice will be provided on request
