8 days riding - 7 hours a day in the land of Ice and Fire

I did it and I raised over £2000
the horses were awesome and the ride was long and hard.
120 beautiful Icelandics tolting across lava fields, glacial melt water, vast expanses of beach and into mystical mountains
the weather was awful but the guides provided much appreciated waterproof jackets
our horses just ignored the biting wind as the herd ran loose through the sea and the desolate boulder fields of western Iceland
a truely magical time and I hope that through my fundraising I have made people aware of the cruelty equines experience at the hands of humans
all the money raised has gone to the BHS Welfare department to aid equines in need
